Molecule Designs

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Molecule Designs ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") for the provision of interior design services, including CGI, VR tours, and full-house interior design projects. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide a range of interior design services including:
- Full interior design projects (concept to completion)
- CGI and 3D renderings
- VR tours
- Sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Project management and contractor coordination
The specific services provided for your project will be detailed in your invoice.

2. Fees and Payment

 2.1 Payment Schedule
The Client agrees to the following payment schedule:
- 50% Deposit – A 50% deposit of the total project fee is required upfront to secure your project. No design work will commence until this is received.
- 25% Payment – A further 25% of the total project fee is due once the design concept is signed off and the Client has received the VR tour/visuals. Acceptance must be confirmed via email.
- 25% Final Payment – The remaining 25% of the total project fee is due before the specification is released to the Client. This specification will include all agreed details and design elements.
Payments must be made in accordance with the above schedule and as outlined in the attached quote.

3. Design Revisions

 3.1 Initial Design
We will provide an initial design concept based on the agreed project scope and requirements. You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on this initial design.
3.2 Design Revisions
You are entitled to **two rounds of revisions** to the initial design, free of charge. These must be communicated in writing or via email and remain within the scope of the original project.

3.3 Additional Changes
Any additional design changes beyond the two rounds of revisions will be treated as additional work. A separate quote will be provided, which must be approved in writing before further work is carried out.

4. Use of Design-Related Imagery

4.1 Promotion
By engaging our services, you grant Molecule Designs permission to use any design-related imagery — including photographs, renderings, and 360° panoramas — featuring the completed project for promotional purposes on our website, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
4.2 Client's Consent
You understand that these images may include photographs of your property, design concepts, and finished spaces. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of such imagery for marketing purposes.

5. Representation of CGI and 360° Panoramas

5.1 Accuracy Disclaimer
All computer-generated images (CGIs) and 360° panoramas are intended to represent the design concepts as closely as possible. However, due to technological limitations, there may be variations between the CGIs, 360° panoramas, and the final execution of the design.
5.2 No Exact Like-for-Like
You understand and accept that there may be differences in colour, texture, lighting, and other elements between the CGIs, 360° panoramas, and the final design.
5.3 Design Adaptations
Certain adaptations or modifications may be necessary during the construction phase due to practical considerations, availability of materials, and other factors. We will work to minimise these changes, but variations may occur.

6. Technical Drawings and Measurements

6.1 Source of Technical Drawings
Technical drawings provided by Molecule Designs are based on architectural plans supplied to us. They are intended as a guide for construction and implementation.
6.2 Verification of Measurements
It is the responsibility of the builder or construction team to verify all measurements on-site to ensure accuracy during the construction phase. We are not liable for any discrepancies in measurements or issues arising from dimensions that do not fit as expected.
6.3 Builder's Responsibility
The builder or construction team should communicate any concerns or discrepancies regarding the technical drawings directly with Molecule Designs. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues, but we do not accept liability for any resulting construction challenges.

7. Purchasing on Your Behalf

- If we purchase items on your behalf, Molecule Designs is not responsible for any delays, defects, or issues with the supplier.
- Refunds will not be provided for any supplier-related issues.
- If you prefer to have more control over the process, you are welcome to place orders directly with suppliers yourself.

8. Intellectual Property

- All designs remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use.
- We retain the right to use project images for marketing unless you request otherwise.

9. Cancellations and Termination

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel after work begins, you will be charged for work completed up to that point.
- We reserve the right to terminate the contract for non-payment or breach of terms.

10. Project Timelines and Delays

- We will provide estimated project timelines.
- Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or client decisions are beyond our control.

11. Liability

- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.
- Minor variations in materials due to manufacturing are not considered defects.

12. Client Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate information and timely access to the property.
- You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14. Agreement

By engaging Molecule Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
